1. My bf and I went to EnduroCross! It was SO much fun! =]

2. I'm going to try printing out some of my portfolio pictures in the next week or so and hang them up, maybe in some local shops. Really excited and a little nervous about that one haha. =] And after seeing some of my bf's pictures, we need to print some of his too!

3. I did a photo shoot for the awesome Buck25! Thanks guys! =]

4. I love watching all four of our cats play together. It makes me happy =3

5. Trying to switch up school, so I'm probably going to take some photography classes and maybe a photoshop class to improve my skills.

1. Finished my second 5K today in 42:42! I like doing 5Ks, a lot. =]

2. We have so many ferrets and bunnies at work! Oh, and now an Iguana!! It's still feeling like Summer at work which is crazy.

3. My bf and I are still slowly working on stuff on the house. It's getting there!

4. Took some pretty interesting pictures of my bf on his dirtbike last weekend! I'd really like to start printing some of my photos and framing them in the house, and maybe at some point selling them. I really want to try and get a booth at an event and see how it goes.

5. I'm also going to start looking into doing some archery tournaments next year since my bow is up to date and I'm shooting really well with it. =]

Twisted Thursday Tales

Super late post, but for good reason!

1. We found a house!!! =] We moved in in 24 hours but had to wait a week for internet haha.

2. Kev and Leila have two new playmates: Python and Pennzoil =] My bf brought home his two kitties. They're all starting to get along already!

3. There are so many ferrets at work, I don't know what happened haha.

4. The dirtbike is fixed!! My bf can't wait to ride and I can't wait to take pictures of him riding again =]

5. Between the floods and little leaks we found in the house; water sucks lol.

6. It's so weird having so much space to spread out everything. I can't figure out where to put anything now!

7. My birthday was fantastic! Got a bunch of stuff to play with lol.

8. Fall Out Boy in concert was really cool! I loved their acoustic set and of course, they played my favorite Light 'Em Up =]

9. My books are up in the house! So happy about that =]

10. My sister is still the best chef ever! Birthday dinner and dessert was delicious =]

1. It looks like I'm going to be signing up for two or three 5K's for next month. I'm stoked! =]

2. It's so hard to get motivated to do homework when I enjoy my free time way too much. =]

3. I miss having books to read, all my series ended. I gotta find some new ones.

4. It looks like we're going camping again this weekend! =] And if my guy's dirtbike gets fixed it will be an even better time!

5. Rockstar is my new best friend when it comes to school haha.

Trying for Tuesdays now since I keep posting Sundays late haha!

1. Did my first 5K this week!! I jogged about two-thirds of it (I just planned on walking it) and I finished in an hour! It was so much fun, I definitely want to do more. =]

2. Ended up taking a mini road trip to basically Kansas and back. So worth it with the company =]

3. Went to Fo Co for the first time ever. I definitely like it up there. I miss the college town feel.

4.  Two weeks until the Fall Out Boy concert!

5. MC Hammer at the Taste was actually really cool! Got some cool artwork down there too. It was a blast with the people I went with =]

1. Week One of school has officially started. It's gonna take me a minute to get back in the groove of things, but I'm gonna try!

2. My friend and I finally signed up for Electric Run. It's going to be so much fun!

3. Buck25's show at the Hard Rock last night was amazing! They did a great job, and it's always fun getting up on stage rockin' with them. =]

4. I broke down when I went to Cabela's and bought a new bow. =] I'm still messing around with it and getting used to it, but I love it. I might actually go hunting with it when I get good with it. It's a fishing bow, so why not?

5. I'm seriously contemplating a trip back to Hays for a picture. Probably end of October or beginning of November =]

6. I got bit by a ferret at work. That was a first haha.

7. I drove a Hyundai Veloster for a few days instead of my Tuscon. Lets just say I really like being off the ground in my car haha!

8. I love taking pictures of my friend riding! I'm getting really creative with editing them too =]

9.  I had my first official 315 shift. I was mentally gone by the end of it. It's definitely going to be rough.

10. One of the only things I like about school is that I actually get to dress in normal clothes. I like getting to look nice =]

1. Camping was FREAKING AWESOME!! =] I'm still on a camping high, I enjoyed it so much. It was so peaceful and gorgeous, and I want to go back up there. =]

2. My SUV is a trooper. I was going through those trail roads like nothing. My saturn never would have made it, so I'm glad I have a big car now. =]

3. I starting to like country more and more. I'm in trouble!

4. I'm still having school/financial aid problems. I seriously thought I was done with it, I have my books and everything. School starts next week so this better get figured out quick haha.

1. I hiked my first 14er! I got probably about 3/4ths of the way, but it was still so much fun and gorgeous =]

2. I'm getting where I want to be with action shots. Next time I'm going to move around some more and get closer shots. Totally excited to see how they'll turn out!

3. We saved two cats at work this week. Best accomplishment of 315 so far.

4. So my laptop video card crashed years ago and was told it wouldn't be worth fixing because it would cost as much as a new computer since it was tied into the motherboard and what not. I turned it on today and it freaking works!!!

5. We're going camping this weekend! So, next week's edition will be late as well =]

4. I'm not sure what to do about my living situation. I feel bad for my kitties being cooped up in my room more then half the time (Kev is starting to go ballistic), but I DESPISE moving.

5. I had fun taking pictures of my friend dirtbiking today. I think I got some pretty good ones! I'm trying to take more car/bike shots, and I want to mess around with driving shots too. This is the start of it!

1. I finally went up to the Golden Super Cruise. Oh my goodness, that is the best thing ever! I will be going every month now =]

2. I also went to my local car show that I go to every Friday, but this time me and my roomie got asked to sit in this guy's 1959 Corvette for pictures. I say we need to be muscle car pin up girls now haha.

3. We have a 12 pound bunny at work. That thing is the size of a large cat/small dog. He's huge!

4. My roomie is turning me to country music. I love it and hate it haha!

5. I finally had spiders invade my room. I've been waiting for it since I moved in. Stupid things!

So I decided to recreate my photography logo and name. I'm going on a work trip to help displaced pets and their families, so (In)Sane Sunday Stories will be put off until I get back. But here is a tidbit to get you through until then =]

1. My little saturn finally kicked the bucket. Blew two pistons at 143,000 miles. But in light of that, I got a much newer car! 4 wheel drive, V6, Hyundai Tucson. =]
2. I have officially started moving in with my new roommate as of last night! =] Moving out of a third floor apartment SUCKS. Moving into her house was really easy after that haha. I probably only have maybe 1/3 of my stuff out, but I'm excited!

3. I start my motorcycle endorsement class today!! By tomorrow I'll have my endorsement. =]

4. I finally gave in and started watching Game of Thrones. I've read the books, and I've been getting a little bored/antsy since the next one won't be out for a while. So I decided to give the show a go. I freaking love it!

5. I got a phone case finally also. It has a wolf on it, so I'm happy. =]

Hi! I know it's Monday, but yesterday turned into family time =] It's snowing here, again, even though yesterday was a gorgeous 50 degrees. And it's supposed to stop today and pick up again Friday. That's winter in Colorado for you.

1. Since it was so nice yesterday, me, my sister, and my mom turned it into a girl's morning and went ice skating on Evergreen Lake! It wasn't as great as last week when I went with work friends. The lake was starting to melt, the zamboni wasn't out so the ice was really crappy, and we only stayed for about 45 minutes. But none of us fell!!

It's Sunday again! I'm up really early this morning. I've completely given up on trying to stay up late with the bf, it just doesn't happen. But I've got a fun day planned so I decided to get this knocked out of the way before I got too distracted =]

1. One of my text books came in the mail the other day! I'm really excited about school this semester, and that hasn't happened since after my first semester back home, so I'm taking that as a good sign. =]

2013 Resolutions + Date Night

I am seem to be copying Mrs. L a lot lol. Time for my New Year's Resolutions! I will be going into detail on one of my resolutions though since we started it a while back.

* Start avidly saving. Meaning if I forget to put 10% of one paycheck into 

savings, I'll put double from the next paycheck. 

*Pick an item from the Date Night Jar each month and actually do it. 

Granted I don't have many resolutions, but this is the first year I've actually made any. But now to explain the Date Night Jar =]
