Healthy Kick

So my bf and I have decided to start eating healthier and also I have decided to start working out. So hopefully I can find and put tips on eating healthier on here, but for now it's exercising stuff.



By looking at the other bloggers posts on the October Photo Challenge, I stumbled across Marshmellow Goodness. She had a post about getting fit, and I found MyFitnessPal. I am loving this so far! This will be really nice on understanding how my body is processing everything that I'm taking in and how much I'm getting out. I recommend checking it out if you're planning on losing weight/getting fit.

Bf and I are also going to start researching on which foods we can buy at Sprouts vs Target to get healthier. He's also kicked fast food and soda (which I never really indulged in), and his mood swings are super bad so far haha. Getting him to run and exercise might be another challenge however.

I started this kick on Tuesday and am determined to stick with it, so here I go!
